How to use and store your FlavorDraw stick

FlavorDraw is powered by your draw. Getting started does not involve charging, switching on or adding liquid. The important steps are preparation, a gentle draw and careful storage.

1. Check your stick

Check the flavor and inspect the stick and packaging for damage. Current products carry the manufacturer’s GEKE ZERO branding. If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us before using it.

2. Remove both protective covers

Remove the covers at both ends before use. Keep the removable pieces somewhere clean and out of reach of children. Air needs to move through the stick; leaving a cover in place can obstruct airflow.

3. Take a gentle draw

Place the mouthpiece to your lips and draw gently. Air moves through the flavored material. There is no button, heating stage or vapor cloud. If airflow seems blocked, check that both covers have been removed. Do not force the product open or modify it.

4. Put it away carefully

Keep the mouthpiece clean and replace the protective plug between uses. Store the stick in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and children. Avoid carrying it loose where the mouthpiece can collect debris. Do not add liquid or open the stick to refill it.

Three things you do not need to do

  • Charge it: there is no battery or charging port.
  • Wait for heat: there is no heater or warm-up period.
  • Look for vapor: normal use does not produce a vapor cloud.

How long will it last?

Up to 5,000 draws is supplier information, not a promise of a particular number of days. Frequency, draw length and strength differ between people. Storage also affects the experience.
