FlavorDraw returns and refunds

This policy applies to FlavorDraw orders.

30-day unopened returns

Contact support@flavordraw.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and which sticks you wish to return. Sticks must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened sticks cannot be returned for a change of mind because they are personal-use oral products. This restriction does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Wait for our return instructions and the correct return address before sending anything. The dispatch address is not necessarily the return address. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage; we charge no restocking fee. We cover necessary return postage for confirmed defects, damage or our fulfillment errors.

Bundle refunds

Returning every unopened stick in a bundle qualifies for a refund of the bundle price paid. For an eligible partial return, we allocate the amount actually paid equally across all sticks, including promotional sticks. The refund is the bundle amount paid multiplied by the number of eligible returned sticks, divided by the total sticks in that bundle, rounded to the nearest cent. Any additional discount reduces that amount proportionately. We never refund more than you paid.

Example: without an additional discount, returning one eligible unopened stick from a $39.80 three-stick bundle refunds $13.27. Returning one from a $59.70 five-stick bundle refunds $11.94. Applicable taxes are adjusted with the refund.

Something wrong with your order?

Tell us promptly if a stick is damaged, faulty or the wrong flavor. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve the issue, when available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund; opening an item to discover a defect does not remove your right to help.

Refund timing

We review returned items and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
