FlavorDraw shipping

This policy applies to FlavorDraw orders.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is US$3.99 for orders below US$39.80. Orders of US$39.80 or more qualify for free standard shipping, including our 3- and 5-stick bundles. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Available destinations, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Express and overnight delivery are not offered for FlavorDraw.

Worldwide destinations

We ship worldwide from China. Estimated delivery is 10–15 days. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Import duties and local taxes may apply.

Dispatch and tracking

FlavorDraw orders ship from China. We email tracking information when your order ships. Delivery timing varies by destination, carrier and customs processing. Contact us before ordering if you need your order by a specific date; we do not guarantee a particular arrival date.

If we cannot ship within an expressly stated dispatch period, or within 30 days when no dispatch period is stated, we will contact you with the option to agree to a revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We will not extend a dispatch delay without the consent required for your order.

Changes and delivery problems

For an address change or cancellation, email support@flavordraw.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it is with the carrier.

If tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or your order arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
